Carl Demers

Carl is a Tax Partner at PwC in Quebec City. He has over 15 years of experience at PwC and has extensive knowledge about the financial industry, including tax rules specific to financial institutions, credit unions, fund manager activities and investment funds. More specifically, Carl regularly focuses on tax provisions, distribution optimization, tax planning and tax compliance. Carl is a member of the PwC Tax Management and Accounting Services and has also participated in many IFRS conversion projects for the Quebec office.
