Ben Jones
Partner – Corporate Finance, PwC Canada
Ben is a Partner in the PwC Toronto Corporate Finance team with over 10 years of experience providing lead advisory services in relation to capital raises, divestments and mergers and acquisitions to private businesses.
Before transferring to the Toronto team in 2018, Ben began his M&A career with PwC Australia’s Corporate Finance team, where he gained a broad range of buy side, sell side and capital raising experience across a variety of industries.
He focuses on building strong relationships with leadership and management teams in order to understand their goals and objectives. In doing so, he effectively assists them through the deal lifecycle, from strategic planning through to marketing, due diligence, and transaction execution.
He takes an inquisitive and analytical mindset to all new opportunities and thrives on learning what makes successful businesses tick.
