Bali Minhas is a partner in the Consulting and Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He specializes in delivering information management and business analytics in the telecommunications industry.
With a decade of experience in advisory, Bali focuses on providing revenue improvement and cost reduction services for a variety of clients. He joined the firm in 2001 to assist in developing PwC's Technology, InfoComm, Entertainment and Media (TICE) consulting practice, using his three years’ experience in business integration from the manufacturing industry and financial modeling at a high-tech start-up. Bali’s most recent projects have involved order-to-cash reviews for Canada’s largest incumbent local exchange carriers.
Prior to joining the firm, Bali delivered performance improvement projects in the telecommunications and utilities industry for more than a decade, with an emphasis on business performance reporting, finance effectiveness, and billing.
