Ashley Crawford

Ashley is a Partner in the Technology, Media, Telecommunications and Consumer Markets (TMT&CM) group within the Assurance practice in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with over 15 years of experience.

Ashley has worked with both private companies and public companies on a local and multinational level listed in both Canada and the United States.  She has extensive knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Private Company GAAP as well as experience in dealing with complex accounting matters, financial reporting and internal controls.

While Ashley has experience in a wide range of client industries, she has particular expertise in the Retail and Consumer industry and the Entertainment and Media industry including leading the Canadian Firm’s contributions to the Global Entertainment & Media Outlook.   Ashley is currently the Treasurer and Audit Committee Chair of the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television.  

Ashley is passionate about bringing value to her clients through leveraging PwC’s network of business advisers as ‘one team’ and through partnering with her clients collaboratively. In addition, she believes in investing in our people as demonstrated through her involvement in recruiting, training, mentoring, on-the-job coaching and local office people-focused initiatives. She is also involved in promoting Women in Leadership within PwC and champions this locally in the GTA and as a facilitator for our Women in Leadership training program.
