Anthony Di Nuzzo

Anthony is a Tax Partner at PwC Canada. He has over 15 years of experience providing tax consulting, advisory and compliance services to clients in the Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Private Equity and Asset Management industries. 

Anthony works with both public companies and privately held businesses and has advised on several transactions relating to corporate reorganizations, restructuring, estate freezes, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder distributions and tax effective disposition planning.

Anthony is actively involved in learning and development initiatives and has previously facilitated CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course.
