Anna Hobhouse

Anna has advised clients on all aspects of the transaction process, from both buy-side and sell-side perspectives, including preparation and and review of sell-side reports and carve-out financials. Anna has extensive due diligence expertise across North America, Europe and the Middle East, and is experienced in national and cross border transactions for both private equity and corporate clients, including numerous public companies. She has successfully supported clients in executing large, complex transactions, leading multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams.

Anna previously worked in the Financial Services Deals practice with PwC United Kingwom, before relocating to Vancouver in 2021. She holds a first-class honours Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Edinburgh. Anna is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
