As a Partner in PwC’s Deals practice, Alexa supports clients in delivering deal value in integrations and separations through effective growth and value creation strategies.
Alexa has over 25 years of experience, expertise and thought leadership in corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, innovation and transformation. Alexa began her career as a management consultant in strategy and operations, where she focused on building mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and post-merger integration (PMI) capabilities. She has led and executed numerous PMI engagements with multi-billion-dollar clients across various industries. In 2007, she pursued her goals of entrepreneurship and went on to start, build and run several businesses. Alexa also has previous experience working in professional services in mid-market and private client consulting and has established relationships within financial services, professional services, telecommunications, B2B corporations, industrial products and construction industries. She has worked with Canadian and U.S. based Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium enterprises in Canada.
Alexa’s unique perspective as an advisor and as an entrepreneur provides clients with thought-provoking approaches to organic and inorganic growth strategies and value creation opportunities. Clients appreciate Alexa’s collaborative and hands-on style, can-do attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit.
A Montreal native, Alexa graduated from McGill with a BA in Economics before obtaining an MBA with distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Alexa is a member of the Ivey Advisory Board and the Chair of the Western Entrepreneurship Advisory Board. Alexa is also an ICF Certified Professional Coach.
