Adrienne is a partner in PwC Canada’s national Contracts & Closing Mechanisms (CCM) practice. She specializes in bridging the knowledge gap from pre-sign negotiations to the post-close purchase price true up, helping clients to enhance or protect value as they navigate the post-closing purchase price resolution process. Adrienne has advised on complex multi-jurisdictional working capital disputes, earnout disputes, reps & warranty claims, and preparing submissions as part of the Independent Expert determination process.
Adrienne has nearly 15 years of dedicated deals expertise. Prior to joining the CCM practice, Adrienne spent several years performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence mandates for national and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries. She also has experience supporting lending syndicates on strategic restructuring plans with respect to distressed companies.
Adrienne is a recipient of CPA Alberta’s Early Achievement Award and currently sits on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit organization in Calgary.
Adrienne is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business (University of Calgary, Cooperative Education Program).
