Adam Crutchfield

Adam Crutchfield is a partner in PwC Canada’s Consulting practice, with deep expertise in operational transformation, operations excellence, and field operations.

He’s held several senior leadership roles, including PwC Canada’s National Consulting Leader and National Business Enablement Leader, both as a member of PwC Canada’s Extended Leadership team.

Adam brings extensive experience helping clients deliver large-scale operational improvements and successful outcomes tailored to their unique needs. He’s led projects across industrial, utility, and heavy municipal construction environments in Canada, the United States, and northern Europe, with particular depth in the energy and transmission construction industries. 

Adam joined PwC in 2008 and became A partner in 2015 after returning from a global consulting firm, where he further strengthened his expertise in operations consulting and sustainable performance improvement.

Based in Calgary with his wife and four children, Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer (P.Eng) in Alberta. He is also an active member of the Calgary community, supporting and participating in several charitable initiatives.
