PwC Client Experience Survey

This survey is issued by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”), a limited liability partnership formed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any personal data you provide when you complete this survey will be collected, used, and disclosed by PwC in accordance with this Statement—which deals specifically with the PwC Client Experience Survey—and PwC’s broader Privacy Statement, available on our website at this link.

In addition to use by PwC, data, including personal information, may also be disclosed to or accessed and used by the PricewaterhouseCoopers network which includes any entity which carries on business under a name which includes all or part of the PricewaterhouseCoopers name, is a direct or indirect affiliate or subsidiary of a PricewaterhouseCoopers entity or is otherwise within (or associated or connected with an entity within) or is a correspondent firm of the worldwide network of PricewaterhouseCoopers firms, where "entities" or an "entity" includes partnerships, firms, corporations or other entities wherever located. "We" or "us" in this privacy statement means, in relation to your personal data, PwC. "You" in this privacy statement means you as an individual, rather than any legal entity (such as your employer) which you may represent when you complete this survey.

The information you submit via this survey will be used for the purpose of collecting your feedback with respect to the services you (or your employer) have received from PwC or other PricewaterhouseCoopers network firms so that we can identify areas for improvement. In the event PwC reasonably believes your feedback has legal, regulatory or other serious implications that require our attention, we reserve the right to discuss your feedback with other PricewaterhouseCoopers entities, your employer, regulatory agencies or other appropriate third parties. If your answers indicate that you are dissatisfied with the services provided by PwC or other PricewaterhouseCoopers entities, we would like the opportunity to work with you directly to understand your concerns and try to resolve them.

PwC reserves the right to reproduce specific comments received from you for marketing purposes, though without attribution to you and without any other identifying information about you, the specific services provided, or your employer.

The information you submit via this survey, including any personal information, may be shared with third party service providers with whom we have a contractual agreement that includes appropriate privacy standards, where such third parties are assisting us with hosting, data storage or processing. Data collected via the survey may be stored on servers outside of Canada. To the extent that any data including personal information is out of the country, it is subject to the laws of the country in which it is held, and may be subject to disclosure to the governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of such other country, pursuant to the laws of such country.

We employ appropriate security procedures to protect the confidentiality and security of your survey responses and access to survey responses will be limited. Survey responses will only be retained as long as is necessary to meet our business, legal or regulatory purposes and manage and monitor our ongoing relationship with your entity. You hereby consent to PwC collecting, storing, and using the data you provide in response to this survey and to its making such data available as necessary described herein.
