Scott Greer is a partner in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Saint John office. He leads the New Brunswick tax practice and specializes in Canadian corporate income tax.

Scott provides tax advice to large private and public companies in areas such as compliance, cross-border transactions, tax planning, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. He also co-developed PwC’s proprietary Direct Tax Recovery Review program. Prior to joining PwC, Scott spent five years managing the Canadian tax compliance and planning for one of the largest Canadian controlled private multinational corporations in Canada.

Scott graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a BBA in 1994, and he earned his CA designation in 1997. He has completed levels I, II and III of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Tax Course.

Scott has served as a director and treasurer of the Boys’ and Girls’ Club of Saint John, and also as a treasurer for a local Chamber of Commerce.
