Raha Torabi

Raha Torabi is US Attorney in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP located in our Toronto office.

Raha has a wide-range of experience and knowledge with nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, citizenship and naturalization, employment based immigration and family-based immigration matters. In her current role, she specializes in business immigration for corporate clients, assisting clients with obtaining non-immigrant employment based visas such as L-1, H-1B, E-3, H-1B1 and TN, as well as immigrant based visas under the EB-1 category. Additionally, Raha assists clients with their corporate compliance and overall immigration initiatives.

Her prior experience with high-volume corporate clients, including other big four firms, coupled with her interest and history with individual immigrant petitions, allows Raha to bring a high-level of professionalism, knowledge and experience, paired with empathy for applicants and passion for the immigration process as a whole.

Raha attended York University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Raha was called to the New York State bar in 2012 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association & the American Immigration Lawyers Associate (AILA). Additionally, Raha received her NCA Certificate of Qualification from the Law Society of Ontario and has her Foreign Legal Consultant permit in Ontario.
