Adam Smith is an associate attorney in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Toronto office.
Adam practices exclusively in the field of US immigration and nationality law. His practice focuses on non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN and E-3) and immigrant (EB-1 I-140 and I-485) petitions and applications. He has experience working with clients in a number of sectors, including professional services, health care, retail and banking.
Adam was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2011 and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He holds his JD from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and a BA from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario.
