Nadia Manin

Nadia Manin is a partner in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office.
Nadia’s practice focuses on U.S. state taxation, in particular U.S. state income, franchise and sales taxes. She has assisted both large and small U.S. and Canadian-based clients in all aspects of U.S. state taxation, including U.S. mergers and acquisition, state tax due diligence, planning, and compliance-related issues. Nadia has published articles and made presentations on U.S. state taxation.
She graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in London, Ontario and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
