Kris McConnell
Partner, Alberta Transaction Services, PwC Canada
Kris McConnell is a partner with the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, working in the Calgary office. He is part of our Transactions Services team.
During his career with PwC, he has practiced in our Calgary, London, Mexico City, and San Francisco offices. Prior to joining PwC, Kris worked in a project evaluation role at a Calgary-based integrated oil and gas company.
Kris has 10 years of transaction experience with purchase prices ranging up to US$3 billion. He provides buy-side financial due diligence services to clients looking to make acquisitions in numerous industry sectors including energy, oil and gas, retail, technology, transportation, and agriculture. In addition, he has extensive experience in cash flow modeling, and risk and controls evaluation in respect of Sarbanes-Oxley and NI 52-109.
Kris’s other experiences have included sell-side due diligence, due diligence services for AIM/LSE listings, audit and assurance services, cost analysis and analytics, and capital project evaluation.
Kris earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
