Joseph Lee

Joseph Lee is a partner in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He specializes in U.S. corporate taxation.
Joseph has more than a decade of experience meeting the U.S. tax needs of Canadian-based multinational corporations operating in industries such as technology, manufacturing, energy and mining, financial services and venture capital. He leads teams in the completion of large-scale U.S. federal and state tax compliance projects and provides advice on compliance and filing issues. Joseph also advises his clients on structuring and financing U.S. operations, repatriation of income and tax accounting and control processes.
Joseph graduated from the University of Toronto with a BCom and also holds a Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.
Joseph was a speaker at the Council for International Tax Education conference and the Canadian Tax Foundation tax-to-order series, speaking both times on Canada-US cross-border tax issues.
