Iain Fraser

Iain is a Manager in the Deals practice for PwC in Atlantic Canada. Iain works with the Valuations, Modelling and Disputes practice in the Halifax office, but provides services to clients throughout Atlantic Canada.
Iain specializes in business valuations, financial modelling, quantification of income in family law matters for purposes of matrimonial disputes and quantification of economic losses. His strategic advisory services include due diligence and business acquisitions and divestitures.
Iain graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2009. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2012 and is currently a registered student with the Canadian Institute of Charter Business Valuators. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nova Scotia.
In addition to his experience with PwC, Iain’s professional experience includes working in government and for a publically traded company.
