Eugene works with multinational and Canadian public companies in various industry sectors, including: oil and gas producers, utility entities, midstream processors, oil and gas services, construction companies, manufacturers and engineering firms.
Specializing in Canadian corporate compliance and planning services, Eugene has advised his corporate clients on Canadian income tax matters, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, income tax provision and disclosure, income tax compliance and tax audit support and defense.
Eugene is a Chartered Accountant. He is the President of the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society and has previously tutored for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax course.
