Elisabeth Finch is a partner based in PwC Canada’s Vancouver office. She helps family enterprises manage the dynamics of family and business, often at the same time. The overlaps between these areas are fascinating, but create a lot of complexity. Elisabeth helps family enterprises successfully navigate that complexity, so that a family’s vision can be realised. She focuses relentlessly on successful outcomes for family businesses and business owners.
Elisabeth’s unique background as a materials scientist and a business person (but not an accountant) means that her perspective is always different. Along with this perspective, she brings exceptional advisory skills to her clients developed over 34 years of business experience, 11 years in the global metals industry, and 23 years advising senior executives of multinational companies on the organisation, operation and taxation of cross-border business. She is also an inspirational leader and sought after coach and mentor - now to families as well as colleagues.
