Diane Kazarian is the National Financial Services Leader at PwC Canada. She's also the National Banking and Capital Markets Leader and a partner in PwC's Audit and Assurance Group.

With almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Diane specializes in the development and monitoring of legal and reputational risk policies, procedures and processes and credit risk management processes. She has extensive experience with OSFI, IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC rules and regulations.

In 2013, she was one of the recipients of the Women's Executive Network’s (WXN) Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards.

Diane has a BSc (Business Administration) from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island (Summa Cum Laude), where she is a board member now. She is a CA and CPA, and is fluent in Armenian. She speaks at a variety of financial services industry and client events, and has taught courses aimed at the directors' community at the Rotman School of Management and frequently interacts with the press on emerging issues in financial services. Diane supports Women Gaining Ground, the SickKids Leaders foundation and is also on the Board of Kingsway College School.
