Mr. Roberts is the Leader for the Alberta Deals Practice which is comprised of Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory & Restructuring, Valuations, Forensics and Disputes, Capital Projects and Infrastructure and Transaction Services.

Also, Clinton is a Senior Vice President In PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT and specializes in both the Transaction Services and Corporate Advisory & Restructuring practices in the Calgary office.

Recent assignments:

  • Financial advisor to secured creditors with underperforming loans in the Energy Sector.
  • Lead transaction services for a foreign state owned entity investing multiple billions in the energy sector in Western Canada
  • Financial advisor to a Canadian private corporation obtaining a listing on the London Stock Exchange
  • PTT Thailand’s $2.4 billion purchase of a partnership interest in an oilsands project.
  • Chinese National Petroleum Corporation’s assessment of an energy company with upstream, midstream and downstream assets with value in excess of $3 billion.

He is an Honours graduate from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as a Certified General Accountant, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta. In addition, he is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
