Bratislava 12 June 2025 – As of 1 July 2025, Ivan Hlavenka will become a partner in the Advisory department at PwC Slovakia, where he will lead the Deals team. Additionally, Ivan will continue to co-lead the Advanced Technology Solutions practice with Karsten Hegel. He will also focus on expanding the Managed Services team within the PwC’s Intelligent Processing Centre (IPC), demonstrating his commitment to several key areas within the organization.
Ivan Hlavenka joined PwC’s Assurance practice in 2007. After eight years in Audit, he worked for one year for Yanfeng Automotive Interiors, helping them to go through the carve-out from Johnson Controls and stabilize finance departments across different countries. In 2016 Ivan rejoined the PwC Deals practice, where he became Valuations leader, and he was supporting multiple clients in post-merger integrations.
During the past three years, Ivan has been strongly focusing on building technology propositions for post-merger engagements as well as industry-specific assets in the energy sector. Ivan was a founding member of the Slovak Managed Services team and helped to establish PwC’s IPC practice.
Ivan is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava, FCCA qualified, and a sports enthusiast, mainly passionate about running.
