Claims Procedure

If you are a former Employee and you have not received the Employee Claims Package, please request your copy from the Monitor by emailing to ca_accuridecanada@pwc.com.

If you AGREE with the calculation of the Employee Claim as provided in the Appendix “A” of the Employee Claim Statement, no further action is necessary from you.

If you DISAGREE with the calculation as provided in the Appendix “A” of the Employee Claim Statement, you must return to the Monitor a completed Notice of Dispute of Employee Claim Statement asserting the Employee Claim in a different amount supported by the appropriate documentation. The Notice of Dispute of Employee Claim Statement with supporting documentation disputing the within assessment of the Employee Claim must be received by the Monitor no later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto Time) on the day which is forty-five (45) Calendar Days after the Monitor sends the Employee Claims Package (the "Employee Claims Bar Date").

If no such Notice of Dispute of Employee Claim Statement is received by the Monitor by the Employee Claims Bar Date, the amount of the Employee Claim will be conclusively deemed to be as shown in the Appendix “A” of the Employee Claim Statement.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE FOR PERSONS THAT ARE NOT EMPLOYEES

On October 15, 2025, the Monitor issued a Claims Package to each Known Claimant of Accuride Canada and certain other parties as required by the Claims Procedure Order, consisting of:

1. A Notice to Claimant;
2. An Instruction Letter; and
3.  A Proof of Claim.

If you believe you have a Claim against Accuride Canada or its Directors and Officers and you have not received a Claims Package, please request your copy from the Monitor by emailing to ca_accuridecanada@pwc.com.

All persons wishing to assert a Claim (other than an Excluded Claim or an Employee Claim) against Accuride Canada or its Directors or Officers MUST file a Proof of Claim with the Monitor. 

The Pre-Filing Claims Bar Date with respect to the Pre-Filing Claims and D&O Pre-Filing Claims is 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on November 17, 2025 (the “Pre-Filing Claims Bar Date”). 

The Restructuring Claims Bar Date with respect to the Restructuring Claims and D&O Restructuring Claims is the later of (i) the Pre-Filing Claims Bar Date and (ii) 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the date that is forty-five (45) days after the date on which the Monitor sends a Claims Package with respect to a Restructuring Claim (the “Restructuring Claims Bar Date”). 

Proofs of Claim with respect to the Pre-Filing Claims and the D&O Pre-Filing Claims, Restructuring Claims and D&O Restructuring Claims must be received by the Monitor by the Pre-Filing Claims Bar Date or the Restructuring Claims Bar Date, as applicable, or the CLAIM WILL BE FOREVER BARRED AND EXTINGUISHED AND THE CLAIMANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY DISTRIBUTION, IF ANY, IN RESPECT OF SUCH CLAIMS. 

OTHER INFORMATION

For greater certainty, no Person holding an Excluded Claim or an Employee shall be required to file a Proof of Claim. Holders of Employee Claims are not required to file a Proof of Claim.  

All communication to the Monitor shall be delivered by email, or if a Claimant is unable to do so, and after notifying the Monitor of the method of delivery via email, by prepaid registered mail, courier, or personal delivery, addressed to 

Proofs of Claim delivered by a Claimant, or Notices of Dispute of Employee Claim Statement delivered by Employees, shall be deemed to be received upon actual receipt thereof before 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on a Business Day or if delivered outside of normal business hours, the next Business Day.
