Vikash Kumar is a Director within PwC’s Utilities practice, where he leads Enterprise Asset Management capabilities. He is passionate about helping Utilities achieve optimal efficiency of their critical assets, improve equipment operations, reduce operational expenses, and optimize asset inventory.

Vikash is a certified asset management leader with more than 20 years of consulting experience focused on enterprise asset management business and technology transformations. He has helped clients across Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Canada on various aspects of asset management, such as strategy, governance, processes, systems, and analytics.

Prior to joining PwC, Vikash led several transformational projects for clients. Most notably, he designed and implemented an asset management system for a large North American Nuclear Utility client, covering Generation (Nuclear, Coal, Wind, Hydro), Transmission, and Distribution for more than 12,000 users.

Outside of the office, Vikash enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two boys, catching up with friends, and always appreciates a good game of Tennis.
