Valcony is a Partner in PwC’s Asset & Wealth Management practice, specializing in front-to-back transformations for investment managers. She brings a strong combination of business and technology expertise to help organizations design and implement target operating models in an environment marked by increasing complexity, cost pressures and regulatory demands.

Prior to her current role, Valcony advised capital markets and investment management clients on business transformation and solution implementation. Her experience spans engagements with global and regional financial institutions, as well as technology vendors supporting the asset and wealth management industry.

Valcony maintains active engagement with the asset and wealth management community through her client work and industry initiatives, contributing to discussions on operating model evolution, digital transformation, and regulatory change across the financial services sector.
