I am a hands-on professional and I believe in having a thorough understanding of a client’s business is essential to adding value to the relationship. As an Audit and Assurance partner, I have experience with initial public offerings, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial reorganizations for publically accountable, private and public service enterprises. I have worked with a broad range of companies that design, construct, manufacture and distribute anything from consumable goods to highly specialized automotive parts.
I am a Licensed Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and work with companies that report under IFRS, US GAAP and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises in Canada.
