With more than 25 years of experience, including over 15 years in Banking and Financial Services, Shawn Adams brings a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives across the Canadian financial sector. He has played a pivotal role in some of the largest technology-driven projects in recent years, including digital banking transformation, contact centre technology modernization, mortgage digitization, and the launch of new banking channels. His expertise spans program management, scaled agile delivery, and AI transformation, consistently delivering complex solutions that drive operational excellence and customer-centric innovation.

Shawn’s experience encompasses work with major Canadian financial institutions, focusing on retail and commercial banking, as well as insurance. Notable projects include building and migrating credit card platforms, designing and implementing digital banking solutions, and leading contact centre transformations—such as the first migration of IVR systems to the cloud in Canada. He has also driven online banking user experience redesigns that significantly improved client satisfaction rankings, and led the digitization and optimization of mortgage channels and processes. Additional expertise includes data centre migration and the implementation of ongoing server currency processes, ensuring robust and future-ready technology environments.

Shawn has previously served on the board of the Canadian Mothercraft Society for nearly a decade, including six years as president. He is an active participant in the annual Ride to Conquer Cancer, taking part for multiple years and leading team efforts on several occasions.
