Patrizia Ferrari

Patrizia Ferrari is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. She specializes in providing audit and advisory services to the investment management industry.
Patrizia has more than a decade of experience and she leads PwC’s investment management International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Committee, which is responsible for internal and external education, execution of IFRS conversions and diagnostic reviews of investment management companies. She works with investment management firms, mutual funds, pooled funds, offshore funds, hedge funds and private equity and venture capital structures.
Patrizia is a CA and has spoken at a variety of conferences and events, including the Compliance Forum for Mutual Funds. She has also served on the Investment Funds Institute of Canada’s Accounting and Issues Committee.
