Oliver Connnolly

Oliver is a Managing Director with PwC’s Corporate Finance practice and is based in Toronto, Canada.
He advises business owners and management teams on M&A transactions. This includes helping clients evolve their business model through acquisitions and divestitures, enhance the capital structure through equity raises or debt financings, and ultimately realize full value through sale transactions.
Since joining PwC in 2009, Oliver has advised on over $2.5bn of deals and has experience working in Canada and the UK. He is focused on the Consumer & Retail sector and works across various categories including direct-to-consumer brands, food & beverage, pet, health & wellness, leisure and ecommerce.
Oliver earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
