Nicholas Lal

Nicholas is a Lead Relationship Partner supporting our PwC clients in the Ontario Public Sector and Major Crown Corporations. Nick is a skilled Management Consulting professional with a wide range of experience across the Public Sector including Core Government, Healthcare, Social Services, Education, Lottery/gaming and Municipalities. 

His project experience has included work with all levels of government and with clients across Canada, the US and Europe. Nicholas has led a number of projects with the overarching objective of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the public sector, and he understands the challenges of achieving such initiatives in a complex legislative, fiscal, political, and stakeholder environment. 

Prior to joining PwC, Nicholas spent seven years serving Ontario Public Sector clients at one of the world’s largest independent technology advisory firms and additional ten years in various leadership capacities within the Public Sector and Healthcare consulting practice of a large global consulting firm.

Nick has a Master of Business Administration degree from McMaster University, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Life Sciences degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Nicholas holds the Certified Management Consultant designation and was recently named a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants (FCMC) in recognition of his achievements and contributions to his clients and the profession. In addition, Nicholas was a sessional faculty member in the McMaster University MBA program and a guest lecturer at the Laurier University business school.
