She is one of the firm's emerging technology leaders and is the catalyst behind PwC Canada's AI Factory, where she spearheads the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions that enable organizations to reinvent how they operate and deliver value. Michelle brings deep expertise in integrating business and technology capabilities to drive sustained outcomes through platform-enabled, AI-driven transformation.
Throughout her career, Michelle has led some of PwC's most significant modernization and technology transformation initiatives across Canada, partnering with complex organizations in financial services and private capital. Her work spans large-scale, integrated transformation programs focused on enterprise applications and platform strategies—helping organizations modernize operations, enhance performance, and unlock new sources of growth through technology.
Michelle is the intellectual property holder for several of PwC Canada's AI patents, reflecting her pioneering work in operationalizing advanced AI models. Among her contributions is the development of proprietary platforms such as Enterprise Instinct™, an end-to-end sociotechnical operating system for designing, deploying, and governing production-grade Agentic AI. She has also completed executive education in data science, digital transformation, and strategic foresight, further sharpening her perspective on emerging technology and innovation.
