Michael Connor is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Financial Services Consulting practice. He brings over 20 years of industry experience, focused on helping clients define and build cross-channel customer platforms. Michael has led several large-enterprise channel and technology transformation programs that have redefined how customers interact with their financial institutions in Canada and the US. In doing so he has helped his clients reimagine their go-to-market operating models and advance their go-to-market capabilities to meet their customers’ evolving expectations.
