Partner, Business Model Reinvention, PwC Canada

With over a decade of experience crafting innovative solutions at the nexus of strategy, experience, technology and behavioural science, Melaina is joining PwC as a Business Reinvention Model Partner to help clients rethink what is possible in an increasingly fast-moving market.

Having previously led the build of PwC’s first applied behavioural science consulting practice and scaling the capability globally, Melaina has spent recent years leading a behavioural science, analytics and AI practice and driving the build of human-centric technology and digital product design. Recognized by Analytics Insight as a Top 40 Under 40 Innovator, she has returned to the firm to tether the bright minds across the business in service of bringing our client’s north star strategies to life.

As a member of the St. Joseph’s Foundation Board, a strategic advisor to financial services start-ups striving to create a more equitable and resilient world, and an Editorial advisor of the University of Toronto Press, Melaina believes we can make a brighter future when we lean into our authenticity and bring the best of ourselves to causes beyond the boardroom.
