Matthew is a Partner in the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team at PwC and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He has over 16 years experience assisting companies with transactions, capital-raising activities, complex accounting issues and financial reporting obligations, including IFRS, US GAAP and SEC reporting.
Matthew has experience with complex accounting and regulatory issues including public offerings, debt and equity raising, purchase accounting, GAAP conversions, restructuring, impairment accounting, income taxes and stock based compensation. He works with clients in multiple industries including public and private companies and multinational entities.
