Martin Houle
Partner and Managing Director, PwC Canada
Martin Houle is a Partner and Managing Director in the Corporate Finance group in PwC’s Montreal office. He helps public and private companies raise capital and assists with acquisitions and divestitures.
For over a decade, Martin has advised shareholders of private companies and senior management team on various business and transactional projects.
Martin began his career at PwC in 2012 and was made Partner in 2025. He completed a degree in Business Administration at Concordia and holds a Master's degree in finance from the Université of Sherbrooke. Martin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
