National Tax Leader, PwC Canada
Marc is PwC Canada’s National Tax Leader, and leads a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering innovative tax solutions, navigating complex regulatory change, and helping our clients create sustainable value in an evolving global tax landscape.
Marc previously held the role of Tax Business Units Leader, Global Structuring which included International Tax Services, Transfer Pricing, Mergers & Acquisition Tax and US Tax.
Marc has extensive value chain transformation, transfer pricing, and international tax experience covering many areas, including global business restructurings, intellectual property migration, and establishment of principal companies. He also has experience in audit defense, competent authority assistance, and transfer pricing planning. In his previous Global Structuring role, Marc specialized in outbound global restructuring projects for Canadian based multinationals.
Marc is a frequent speaker on business restructurings and intellectual property migration at conferences held worldwide.
He graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), where he also taught on a part-time basis. Marc holds both CPA and CA designations and has completed Parts I and II of the CICA In-Depth Tax course.
