Consulting Leader, PwC Canada
Ken Stoneham is the Consulting Leader at PwC Canada and a member of the Canadian Leadership Team.
In this capacity he leads one of the largest consulting practices in the country, and is reshaping how it advises, builds, and operates for clients in the AI era.
Ken brings more than two decades of experience helping leading organizations execute complex, high stakes change at scale. His career spans the full arc of advisory work—from designing operating models, to implementing technology and process transformation, to running large risk and controls programs—with a particular depth in Financial Services. He previously led PwC Canada's National Risk Services practice, and brings the same operating discipline to the broader consulting agenda: a relentless focus on outcomes, governance that scales, and execution that holds up under pressure.
In his current role, Ken is focused on three things: reinventing how PwC Canada delivers consulting services in an AI-driven market; innovating new services and offerings as the pace of technology change accelerates; and building a growth agenda that is ambitious for clients and sustainable for the people who deliver it.
He works closely with senior leaders across industries to translate strategy into outcomes—pairing forward-looking transformation with the kind of execution discipline clients can build a business on.
