Jayme is a Partner in the International Tax Services group at PwC Canada.

Jayme specializes in Canadian inbound and outbound international tax.  She advises Canadian, U.S., and other foreign multinationals on cross-border transactions and financing, treaty interpretation, and corporate reorganizations. She also assists clients with Canadian tax compliance and tax audit defence. She serves a wide range of clients in the industrial products, retail, technology, financial services, and resource industries.

Jayme has authored articles for CCH and the Canadian Tax Foundation and has presented at external tax conferences. She has been a group study leader and a tutor for all levels of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program. She is also a lecturer for the International Tax II course at the University of Waterloo’s Master of Taxation program. 

Jayme graduated from the University of Waterloo’s Master of Taxation program and received the Canadian Tax Foundation Scholar Award upon graduation. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.
