Hugh Lindley is a Director of Cybersecurity, Privacy and Financial Crimes for PwC. With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, Hugh has spent the last 30 years delivering IT Security and Identity Management projects for clients on behalf of PwC, Avaleris, MTS Allstream, Qunara and EXOCOM.
Hugh's expertise includes IT Security, Identity Management and Identity Assurance, Cloud Computing Security, Project Management, Internetworking and Enterprise Management. Hugh has performed a wide variety of Identity and Access Management projects and Information Technology security related assignments for our clients including: Secure Online and Remote Access, Identity Management, Multifactor Authentication and IT Security projects. He has an exposure to a wide range of networking technologies and can provide high-level consulting services as well as hands-on implementation. Over the course of his career, he has developed and deployed identity and access management solutions, digital certificate and smart card solutions, implemented wide area network designs, encrypted networks, designed and implemented network management systems.
Hugh has worked for both public sector and private sector clients. He has played key roles acting as a technical architect and security architect for various Canadian Federal Government Departments and agencies, the provincial governments of Alberta, BC, Ontario, and Nova Scotia and a number of Ontario Municipalities. He has also executed strong authentication and identity related projects for organizations in the public sector.
