Hemav Mahanta

Hemav Mahanta is a Partner for PwC Canada in the Cloud, Data, and AI practice with over 20 years of global experience in enterprise digital transformations.

He has led the sales, solution and delivery of multiple cloud, data and AI modernization and migration initiatives for marquee Canadian Banking, Consumer, Insurance, Telecom and Utilities clients. Hemav has built and led multiple high-performance teams and practices in Canada, China, India and the US across the cloud, data and AI continuum. He specializes in advising CXOs on enterprise-scale transformation powered by Data across startup, growth and turnaround situations.

Hemav is passionate about giving back to the community, volunteering on the Board of Hamilton Health Sciences and Community Development Halton. Hemav is also involved in fundraising for Sick Kids and Princess Margaret. Previously, Hemav assisted new immigrants with the Skills to Succeed program at Halton Multicultural Services and introduced coding camps to the schools in Halton through Code.org

Hemav resides in Oakville with his spouse, twins, and their golden retriever.
