Francis is an Operations and Supply Chain Consulting partner, based in Montreal, Canada.
He has close to 20 years of experience in consulting with focus on manufacturing strategy, operations excellence / Smart Factory and Supply Chain throughout the Energy, Resources and Industrial Products (ER&I) such as utilities, mining, oil & gas, heavy maintenance, and most notably Aerospace & Defense. Prior to joining the firm, he helped develop an Operations advisory practice.
He has extensive experience working with Industrial and Aerospace & Defense clients, having advised major clients on key operational decisions.
Over his career, he also worked in the following industries: automotive, ship building, consumer products, pharma, cannabis, power and utilities, oil & gas, and mining in the context of operations excellence, supply chain strategy, Industry 5.0 and digital transformation, factories design and implementation, MRO and maintenance activities improvement, inventory management, direct sourcing, master data management and program management.
