With over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors, he has successfully led major digital transformation initiatives. His work focuses on business modernization, enterprise system implementation, and the delivery of secure, mission-critical technology solutions. He excels in strategic planning, systems design and management of complex projects in high-accountability environments.

He is widely recognized for aligning technology with operations to drive results in large-scale ERP, HR, Pay, and Social Security transformations. His expertise includes interoperability, cloud security, and enterprise integration.
