Carly Pick

Carly is a Partner in PwC Canada's Assurance practice, based in Toronto. In this capacity, Carly works closely with clients on audit, financial reporting and complex accounting matters, with a focus on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications and Consumer Market sectors.

Carly is passionate about helping organizations build the financial reporting foundations they need to scale. She believes high-quality assurance and commercial agility can go hand in hand — giving leaders the confidence to innovate, transact and grow while meeting the expectations of investors, regulators and stakeholders.

Through nearly 15 years in assurance, Carly has supported a diverse portfolio of public and private companies, including listed issuers and innovation-driven businesses, through major transactions, regulatory change and periods of rapid growth. Her experience spans complex accounting, governance, controls and the evolving requirements facing capital markets participants, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver insight that informs strategic decision-making.

Carly is a Chartered Professional Accountant and an active champion of initiatives that advance inclusion and the progression of women in leadership.
