Anthony Ferrari is a Managing Director in PwC Canada’s Deals practice, based in Montreal.

Anthony has provided services to clients across North America and Europe and has been recognized as an expert witness before the Superior Court of Quebec, as well as in private arbitrations in both Quebec and Ontario.

Anthony specializes in business valuation and damage quantification in a range of dispute contexts, including shareholder disputes, contract breaches, post-transaction issues, expropriations, insurance claims, and matrimonial matters.

He has also delivered business valuation services to public and private companies in the context of potential transactions, strategic and tax planning, and financial reporting.

Anthony has undertaken numerous engagements across a range of sectors, including technology, real estate, infrastructure, construction, healthcare, retail, transportation, and manufacturing.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma in Public Accountancy from Concordia University. He also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designations.
