The skills we’re looking for

We’ve adopted a unique development framework called the PwC Professional. We use this framework throughout the recruitment process, and it plays a significant role in changing the way our people think, learn and develop together during their time with us. Programs and events

Throughout the year, we run a number of programs to help you get to know us better and to help you develop. From skills sessions to co-op and internship programs, there are many ways for you to participate:

PwC Accelerate co-op

Start your career in high gear. Work with us during one of our busiest times, January through April, to develop technical skills as you help solve important client challenges. Then join us again and stay on the fast track to promotion after you’ve completed 12 months of on-the-job experience.
