Scope of Services
Our Procurement practice offers comprehensive legal support for public and private procurement procedures, including:
- advice on various procurement models established by law (i.e. an open tender, a competitive dialogue or a negotiated procurement procedure);
- development of internal procurement documentation (i.e. guidelines and policies) in accordance with the legislation and best business practices;
