Ways of Working

Having an inclusive environment where our people feel they belong, combined with respectful and balanced ways of working are crucial for sustainability and to bring out the best in each other.

flexSpace Reimagined

We have reimagined the way we work through flexSpace and more recently, flexSpace Reimagined provides us with even more flexibility than before in managing our work arrangements. Our people can now choose their work location based on the demands of their deliverables, consensus of leaders, and adherence to the flex+ guiding principles.

Elevating #PwCWellbeing

As a people priority, we have improved and scaled up on our wellbeing initiatives both firmwide and within our Lines of Service to provide resources, avenues and support systems that align with the needs of our people.

Employee Assistance Provider

In our first year, 37% of our people utilised Naluri’s services.

(includes employees who have used the Naluri app, consultations, webinars, workshops, WhatsApp Textline and/or Careline)

Since July 2022, PwC has been collaborating with Naluri as our new Employee Assistance Provider and our people have been benefiting through the Naluri App. The app offers access to psychologists, fitness coaches, dietitians and financial planners for all-round wellbeing. Naluri also offers bi-weekly webinars on a variety of wellbeing topics.

On 18 January, 2023, we hosted the Naluri App Launch event, dedicated to acquainting and educating our team about the diverse range of services offered through the Naluri app. The event featured informative booths representing the variety of services available in the app; including flexibility testing, food journaling, personalised goal setting, and even access to a qualified psychologist for consultation. The app launch was also held in our regional offices in Johor and Penang.

As of June 2023, close to 800 PwC people have registered with Naluri.

"I really enjoyed the diversity in the booths in focusing on our overall wellbeing in terms of both physical and mental health"

Katherine Chong, Senior Associate, Deals

"The event was fun and I learned so much from Naluri representatives. I didn't know that the Naluri app is so powerful! From fitness coaches to dieticians, speaking to a psychologist and even a financial planner, the app has everything I need!"
