Alumni network

The referral process is straightforward:

1. Submit a referral by sharing the candidate's résumé through one of the approved channels:
   • A PwC partner or director in Malaysia
   • Human Capital Lead
   • Talent Acquisition team
   • Recruitment mailbox at my_recruitment@pwc.com with the subject line “ERP Alumni – [Candidate’s name]”
2. Candidate applies through the official recruitment process and completes any required assessments
3. Selection and hiring takes place through PwC's standard screening, interview, and offer process.
4. Referral reward is paid after the successful candidate completes six months of service with PwC.

You may receive a cash reward of up to RM6,000* if your referral is successfully hired and complete the required service period.

For the best chance of success, refer candidates whose skills align with an open role and who are not represented by a recruitment agency or already engaged in a recent PwC recruitment process in Malaysia.
