Monetary rewards and core benefits

Your rewards at PwC is made up of fixed pay, and where applicable, variable pay (bonus) and increments—all tailored to reflect your unique strengths, experiences and impact.

Fixed pay
Competitive and fair pay that recognises the value you bring. It’s reviewed periodically and aligned with market benchmarks.

Variable pay
Rewarding you for your achievements, impact and contributions to the business, clients and community.

Leave
This covers your annual leave, medical leave, parental leave (includes adoptions), marriage leave, study leave and more. New fathers are entitled to 30 days of paid parental leave, while new mothers receive 120 days of paid maternity leave—both come with the option to flex part of your leave entitlement across the first year of your child’s life.

Family support
An integrated benefit that supports your parenthood journey—including childcare and education fees, vaccinations and more. This extends to caring for elderly parents such as nursing, palliative care, hospice services—because care goes both ways.

Healthcare and insurance
Covers your medical needs, annual health screenings, maternity care, dental and optical services, physiotherapy and long-term medication.

Employee assistance programme (EAP)
Free and confidential access to professional counselling. Whether it’s work related or personal challenges, external professional support is available when needed.

Allowances and subsidies
Includes travel, mobile and broadband allowances; mobility support (such as My100 and My50, Komuter Link card), and vehicle interest subsidy based on the prevailing rate of your car loan.

Medical leave without the need for a medical chit.

Additional leave should an unfortunate event occur, or to care for immediate family members.

flexBenefits
Provides our people the flexibility to choose benefits that are relevant to them at different life stages—holiday travel, public transport, personal development (such as coding, languages or art classes), wellbeing, family care, fertility treatments, and more.

flexFriday any Friday
Giving our people the flexibility to leave work from 12.30pm onwards on any Friday, subject to their work schedules.

Having the flexibility to work from away from the office when the situation calls for it.

Dress down in jeans if you’re not meeting clients for the day.

Birthday leave
Take time off on your birthday. Birthday leave is given in addition to your annual leave entitlement.

Mental health leave
Mental wellbeing matters—just as much as physical health. Take time off to recharge and care for your mental wellbeing when you need it.

Great Place to Work programme (GPW)
The programme comprises initiatives designed to enrich our overall employee experience, such as corporate discounts at online or retail stores, wellbeing workshops covering topics such as safety, fitness, financial literacy, personal image and health checks.

Rest and refresh
Since 2016, the firm takes a break for a week or more at the end of the year to encourage our people to recharge and rejuvenate.

Reduced work week
The option to work a shorter work week, allowing you to focus on other priorities such as caring for your children or ageing parents.

Flexibility options for parents

flexMum and extended maternity leave
With an extended maternity leave of 120 days, our mothers can choose to take a shorter maternity leave and ‘flex’ the remaining days throughout the first year of their newborn’s life.

flexDad and extended paternity leave
Our fathers get 30 days of paternity leave. Much like flexMum, they also have the option to ‘flex’ their leave throughout the first year of their newborn’s life.

Adoption leave
Five days of paid leave for adoptive parents.

Amenities for mothers and mothers-to-be
Dedicated parking bays for pregnant women and access to nursing rooms.
