About the series

PwC has collaborated with Economist Enterprise to present a six-part series that explores how large-scale transformation is reshaping how we live, work, and care—viewed through the lens of human experience.

In Malaysia, that transformation is also felt across the economy and in everyday life, as technology, climate pressures, and geopolitical change alter the experiences of workers, consumers, families, and communities. Among the many ways these shifts are unfolding, this series looks at three: How we Move, Build, and Care.

What then emerges is not simply sectoral change, but fundamental shifts in where value is created. Success will belong to those who understand these convergences and position themselves accordingly.

For leaders, the capacity to see the connections—between climate resilience and economic growth, between digital infrastructure and social equity, and between innovation and inclusive development—now becomes a source of competitive advantage.
